B.Com Finance, Honours Degree Real Estate Portfolio Management CEO of AuctionInc After obtaining his B.Com finance at Wits, Ari went on to acquire an Honours Degree in Real Estate Portfolio Management, it was with this in hand that he approached and joined the Aucor team and was assigned to the Commercial Property Division. His results were excellent and led to him proposing to the board the establishment of a new entity, specialising in deals involving the acquisition and disposal of top-end Commercial and Industrial Real Estate. It was to be a joint venture with Aucor named Skyrise Properties. Here again, his idea blossomed. Following a change of ownership in the Aucor Group, Ari was offered and accepted an opportunity to join AuctionInc. This time he was to be instrumental in assisting in the establishment of AuctionInc, while at the same time broadening his knowledge by including auction in his arsenal of expertise. He later went on to work at Eris Property Group in the capacity of Business Development Manager charged with growing the funds management portfolio. Whilst at Eris, Ari drove the formation of an incorporated entity called EM (Eris Masingita) which brought together two titans of the property industry. Within a short space of time, Ari was promoted to National Head of Investment Sales and Leasing. At the time Ari was the youngest member of Eris Exco and successfully concluded noteworthy of commercial property transactions on behalf of MMI, SAB and FNB. In 2018, Ari returned to AuctionInc in the capacity of CEO, where he is currently charged with driving the company to new heights.
